Tap Scheduler is network connected and not physically tethered to the meeting room system. This means it can easily be placed outside the meeting space where a PoE enabled network connection is available, wired or wireless.
Tap Scheduler supports multiple video collaboration and room scheduling services. This means a future change in services does not require replacing Tap Scheduler. Simply reset the device and configure it as one of the many supported scheduler types.
Tap Scheduler is managed through Logitech Sync making it easy to support large-scale video deployments while minimizing site visits and trouble tickets—all from a simple browser-based interface.
