If the USB receiver for your MK270 is not being detected by your computer, please follow the instructions below:

1. Check that your USB receiver is plugged directly into your computer's USB port rather than a USB adapter, USB hub, or KVM switch
2. Check if the USB receiver appears in the Logi Options+ software, which can be downloaded for free here: download Logi Options+

3. Check that the USB receiver is detected in your computer's Device Manager

4. Check for any missing drivers with Scan for hardware changes
