Why does my Rally Bar (Mini) go into sleep mode or not detect when people are in the room?

Please check that the Room Occupancy setting in CollabOS settings is not turned OFF. If Room Occupancy is turned OFF, the AI Viewfinder will not detect presence in the room and therefore will not keep the system from going into sleep mode and also not wake the system when in sleep mode.
