- Check the performance of the receiving device, close other applications or re-start the system.
Note: We suggest pulling out the plug, turning off the TV and starting it again. Turning on and off the TV with a remote control just puts the TV into a standby mode rather than restart it.
- Ensure the distance between the two sharing devices is no more than 15 m.
- Please update the software for the two sharing devices to the latest version.
