Sync update channels provide a way for you to ensure your devices are getting the updates you want them to. Learn more about Sync update channels here.

The Production (Teams) update channel ensures that you will always be provided with the latest Microsoft Teams on Android and Teams Panels certified CollabOS releases for your devices. Learn more about the CollabOS Teams certification releases here.

View Production (Teams) Channel

To view the Production (Teams) channel

1. Click on Settings under Rooms
2. Click on Update Channels

Here you can see the latest version of Teams certified CollabOS versions available for your devices.

Move and Configure Rooms

To move your rooms onto the Production (Teams) channel you have a few options:

Option 1: Change the Update Channel for each individual room.

1. Select a room
2. Click the settings icon in Update Channel on the right of the screen
3. Select Production (Teams) in the drop down menu, then click Confirm

Option 2: Change the Update Channel in bulk for multiple rooms.

1. Select a Group in the Inventory
   1. You can also select multiple rooms within a Group by clicking on the checkbox for a room if you don't want to select the entire group.
2. Click Modify Update Channel
3. Click the Settings icon in Update Channel on the right of the screen
4. Select Production (Teams) in the drop down menu, then click Confirm
