Notes:
- This article applies to Rally Bar, Rally Bar Mini, RoomMate, Tap IP, and Tap Scheduler in appliance mode. In USB mode, use the Sync app on the connected room PC to configure the device.
- Logitech utilizes SSL handshakes that will not work for ping over 150ms. Furthermore, if your company or site utilizes SDWAN, please know we recommend routing your traffic to meet the above criteria.
- The device must have an Ethernet network (recommended) or Wi-Fi connection.
- Network configuration is available during device setup and in device settings.
- Static IP
- CollabOS devices are able to be configured with a static IPv4, IPv6 or Auto DHCP when connected to a wired or wireless network: http://tcp/IP
- If you experience issues with network configuration, we recommend opening a ticket with Prosupport.
