Yes, it is possible to use only the software component by using the Logi Tune app (desktop/mobile).

Users will utilise the app for booking and validation of the booked desk.

Optionally, an add-on to use printable QR codes that can be placed on the desk, which users can utilize for checking in after the booking of the desk is available.
