What can I do to improve low volume when ConferenceCam Connect is used on my Mac?

If the volume is too low on your ConferenceCam Connect, check the Ouput settings. Here's how:
  1. Under System Preferences, click Sound and then click the Output tab.
  2. Make sure that it is set to ConferenceCam Connect, and that you're using the stereo option, and not mono.
