Before using your equipment for the first time, make sure your Windows system is up to date. The minimum version required is Windows 10 21H2 (soon to be Windows 11). Reference this Microsoft guide for assistance: Microsoft Support for Updating Windows.

Logitech device firmware is kept up to date by Google Chrome OS. Updates are packaged into Chrome OS and automatically deployed to the connected Logitech devices on a regular basis. Consult this page for information on what firmware updates are provided by corresponding versions of ChromeOS.
