If you run into a problem while installing Logitech Presentation software on a Mac, and you’re running McAfee Antivirus, follow the steps below:
- If McAfee Antivirus is turned on, disable or turn it off temporarily.
- Install the Logitech Presentation software. See Install and tour Logitech Spotlight Presentation software for more information.
- When prompted, connect your Spotlight presentation remote. For help, see: Connect the Spotlight presentation remote to a device using the USB receiver or Bluetooth.
- Once your remote is connected and you’ve made sure that it’s working, you can turn McAfee Antivirus back on.
