How to set up Scribe for Zoom Rooms appliances
In a Zoom Rooms Appliance Mode, connect Scribe to your Rally Bar, Rally Bar Mini, or RoomMate. To share your whiteboard in a Zoom meeting, either press the Scribe Share button or share from the Logitech Tap or Tap IP touch controller.
Prerequisites to using Logitech Scribe in Zoom Rooms Appliance Mode:
- Rally Bar, Rally Bar Mini, or RoomMate running CollabOS 1.5.707 or higher
- Logitech Scribe on the latest firmware version v1.1.4 or later
To set up Scribe with your Zoom Room:
- Make sure your Rally Bar, Rally Bar Mini, or RoomMate is updated to the latest version of CollabOS and Zoom Rooms.
- Before you start using Scribe, update it to the latest firmware using the Sync app. See instructions here.

Connect your Logitech Scribe to the USB-A port on Rally Bar, Rally Bar Mini, or RoomMate.

On your Tap or Tap IP touch controller, go to Settings > Whiteboard Camera. Make sure you see Logitech Scribe listed under the USB section.
- Start a test Zoom meeting.

Start a whiteboard session by either pressing the Share Button or by tapping “Share Content” on the controller.

The first time you start a whiteboard-sharing session, Scribe will initiate auto-calibration.
- If the corners are calibrated correctly, press the Share Button to confirm.
- Use the Logitech Sync app if you need to make adjustments.

Once Scribe is set up, your controller will show this screen and the main display will show the whiteboard camera feed.
How to set up Scribe for Zoom Rooms for Windows
In a Zoom Rooms for Windows deployment, connect Scribe to the in-room PC via the included Power Injector and Cat5 cables. To share your whiteboard in a Zoom meeting, either press the Scribe Share button or share from the Logitech Tap or Tap IP touch controller.

To set up Scribe with your Zoom Room:
