Rally Bar, Rally Bar Mini and Rally Bar Huddle can be factory reset either on the device or through CollabOS via your Tap or Tap IP. Instructions for both methods are found below.
Important: Performing a factory reset of your device will reset all of the settings on your device including the username and password used to access it via Local Network Access (LNA). It will also sever the connection See the section at the end of the article titled “Re-configure Local Network Access” for more information on reconfiguring LNA.

On Device
- Turn OFF the device
- Unplug the power supply cable OR Press the power button for 10 seconds
- Press and hold the Reset button. The Reset button is the button third from the right. It is an oblong shaped button with the ↻ symbol below it.
- Turn ON the device without releasing the Reset button for 20 seconds
- Reconnect the power supply OR Press and hold the power button
- The device will go through another power cycle when it powers on and show a circle image as it is erasing data. (approximately 20 seconds)
- Release the reset button. When the device turns on again, it will be reset to factory settings.
On Tap/Tap IP
- If using Tap IP select your device at the top (Tap IP only)
- Select About
- On the About page select Factory Reset

Re-configure Local Network Access (LNA)
If you’ve accessed Settings your Rally Bar, Rally Bar Mini or Rally Bar Huddle through Local Network Access (LNA), then a factory reset has also reset the username and password for your device along with all the other settings you’ve configured previously. You will need to reconfigure all of these settings again.
