Logitech Desk Booking access

To get started with Flex Desks in Logitech Sync start by creating an account if you haven’t already.

Create Sync tenant

Beta Request and Free Trial

1. Once you’re in Sync, navigate to the Flex Desk area. Shown in the screenshot below

2. Click the “request access” button to request Flex Desk beta access. Fill out the few required questions and submit your request. Logitech will review all requests and gradually permit users beta access.

Once you have been granted beta access you’ll receive an email notifying you.

3. Now once you log back into Sync and select the Flex Desk area, you’ll see that you have access to all of the free flex desk features.

4. To gain access to the premium flex desk features like insights, alerts, and maps you can start your free trial. Simply click the button in the banner to start your free trial. The free trial will end on July 1, 2024. We’ll keep this as a banner to remind you.

After starting your free trial you will have access to all of the flex desk features in Sync!
