It’s simple -- H820e, like our other conference products, runs on USB connection.  To connect H820e, a) Dock the headset onto the base. b) Connect the base to your computer using the supplied USB cable. c) Connect the base to the power adapter. Your operating system (Windows, Mac, Chrome) will automatically recognize H820e (note that it may take a few seconds for the audio to be recognized in the system).
