If your computer doesn't recognize your ConferenceCam, the problem is usually the connection.
Check the following connections to make sure they're secure:

AC power connection

USB-cable connection between the camera and your computer

Check that the camera is connected securely to the base. (If you're using the eye-level stand, make sure it's connected too.)
Also, try the following:

Unplug the ConferenceCam from its current USB port and then reconnect it. (Be sure to give the ConferenceCam a few minutes to finish enumerating.)

Move the ConferenceCam connection to a different USB port on your computer.
NOTE: Make sure your operating system supports UVC.
