Yes, the Rally Camera can be mounted upside down.  After orienting the camera, power cycle it and the image will adjust automatically.  Further, the remote control pan & tilt functions will adjust to the new orientation.  

On the bottom of the camera there’s a ¼-20 threaded insert that allows the camera to be connected to a wide variety of mounts.
