Your speakerphone can connect wirelessly to Bluetooth-enabled mobile devices and computers, or to computers with the attached USB cable:
Bluetooth — Mobile devices

Make sure Bluetooth is activated on your mobile device.

Press the power button on the right side of the speakerphone for 3-4 seconds to turn it on.
NOTE: You'll hear a tone, the LED indicators will light up blue in a circular pattern, and the top LED indicator will blink blue.

Press and hold the Bluetooth connection button on the right side of the speakerphone for 3 seconds or until you hear the confirmation tone.
NOTE: The LEDs will blink blue clockwise indicating that your speakerphone is in discovery mode.

In your device's Bluetooth menu, locate and select the Logitech Speakerphone P710e. You'll hear a confirmation tone and all the LED indicators will flash blue at once when the connection is established.
Bluetooth — Windows

Make sure Bluetooth is activated on your PC.

Press the power button on the right side of the speakerphone for 3-4 seconds to turn it on.
NOTE: You'll hear a tone, the LED indicators will light up blue in a circular pattern, and the top LED indicator will blink blue.

Press and hold the Bluetooth connection button on the right side of the speakerphone for 3 seconds or until you hear the confirmation tone.
NOTE: The LEDs will blink blue clockwise indicating that your speakerphone is in discovery mode.

Select Hardware and Sound.

Select Devices and Printers.

Select Bluetooth Devices.

Click Add a device.

Select Logitech Speakerphone P710e from the list of devices, and then click Next. You'll hear a confirmation tone and all the LED indicators will flash blue at once when the connection is established.
NOTE: If the Bluetooth Device Control window opens, expand the Headset type menu and select "My hands-free device UE MINI BOOM does not have a display", and then click Apply.
Once your speakerphone is paired and connected, select Speakerphone P710e as the default playback and recording device in the Windows Sound settings. Here's how:

Open your Control Panel.

Select Hardware and Sound.

Select Manage audio devices (under Sound).
-
Select "Speakers Bluetooth Hands-free Audio" from the Playback tab and click Set Default.
NOTE: Repeat this step in the Recording tab.

Click OK.
Bluetooth — Mac

From the Apple menu, select System Preferences.

Open the Bluetooth preference pane.

Click "+" to add a new Bluetooth device.

Press the power button on the right side of the speakerphone for 3-4 seconds to turn it on

Select Logitech Speakerphone P710e from the list of available devices, and then click Next. You'll hear a confirmation tone and all the LED indicators will flash blue at once when the connection is established
To set the speakerphone as a stereo speaker on your Mac:

From the Apple menu, select System Preferences.

Select Sound.
-
On the Output tab, select "Logitech Speakerphone P710e Stereo" (not "Logitech P710e").

On the Input tab, select "Logitech Speakerphone P710e".

Close System Preferences.
USB — Macintosh/PC

Connect your speakerphone to an available USB port on your computer.

Press the power button on the right side of the speakerphone for 3-4 seconds to turn it on.
NOTE: You'll hear a tone, the LED indicators will light up blue in a circular pattern, and the top LED indicator will blink blue.

Your speakerphone installs automatically — you don't need any any additional software or drivers.
NOTE: If you use Skype or Cisco Jabber, you can download an optional plug-in to enable additional functionality on your speakerphone.
Follow the steps above to set your speakerphone as the default input and output device for your operating system.
