To change the Screen Share Application settings, click the Screen Share icon in system tray (Windows) or menu bar (Mac). In the drop-down menu, select Settings. From here, you can change the following settings:
Launch at Startup
On (Default) — The Screen Share Application will launch automatically after you login into the computer
Off — The Application will not automatically launch
Maximize on Share
On (Default) — Maximize Screen Share window on HDMI connection
Off — Same window size and position as last session (i.e., normal window)
Bring to Front on Share
On (Default) — Always bring Screen Share window to the very front on HDMI connection
Off — Show window but not on top of fullscreen applications
Notifications
On — Provide notification if a Screen Share event occurs
Off (Default) — No notifications
Auto-update Firmware
On — Firmware will automatically update itself to the latest version
Off (Default) — The user will have to go to the About screen to check and update firmware
