If Rally stops moving while you're using the pan or tilt buttons to change direction:

• First, make sure you release the button and then press it again to resume camera movement.

• Make sure the remote control is paired with the camera. Follow steps in “Remote control is not moving camera or functions are not working”.

• If you still cannot pan the camera, unplug and replug the USB connection to reboot the device
