To use RightSight with your Rally system, update to the latest version of firmware and ensure the Logitech Sync App is running on the compute system that it's connected to. From the Sync App, you'll also be able to toggle RightSight on and off.
RightSight is supported on Rally (and Meetup, Rally Camera, Rally Bar, and Rally Bar Mini) connected to a Windows 10 (64-bit) PC (or newer) or a computer with macOS 10.14+. RightSight runs as a separate process on the computer connected to your Rally system.
- Updating your device’s firmware will automatically enable RightSight.
- Note: Before you run firmware updates, make sure your device drivers have been completely installed and your device isn’t in use by other applications.
- Install the latest firmware for Rally from the downloads page.
- Once the installation steps have been completed, you should now see the process named Logitech RightSight Service (x86) in Windows Task Manager. This means the service has been installed and is running.
- To toggle RightSight on or off, install Logitech Sync and navigate to your device settings.
- If your Rally system is configured with RoomMate, you can toggle RightSight in the Logitech Settings Application (on-device settings).
