We support firmware updates for both Windows and Mac platforms.  When a firmware upgrade is available for your camera, you'll be able to download a firmware application tool from Logitech. When you launch the tool, it upgrades the camera’s firmware. Check the PTZ Pro 2 Download page for the latest firmware upgrades.  In addition, we also provide over-the-air updates for customers who allow them, and Windows Update, Microsoft’s tool for automatically updating the Windows operating system, will also provide firmware updates, if Windows Update is turned on.

NOTE: Before you run the upgrade, make sure the camera driver has been completely installed and isn't in use by other applications.
