If you are not seeing video with BRIO and Skype for Business on a laptop with an integrated camera that supports Windows Hello, please try the following short-term fix until a planned Skype for Business software update is available to fix this issue:
- In Device Manager, click the arrow next to Sound, video and game controllers to expand it.
- Right-click on the listing for the camera (example: Intel(R)AVStream Camera…)
- Select Disable.
