The Logi Tune headset diagnostics feature can help you test the audio output (speaker) and audio input (microphone) of your Zone headset. Running the Diagnostics tool is a guided setup. Once you complete the test, the summary will display the status of your headset and recommended fixes.
NOTE: Diagnostics does not fix issues with your softphone platform (Teams, Skype, Zoom, etc). You will need to use the diagnostics tool in your softphone platform to fix any issues specific to the platform.
Exporting Diagnostics Results
From the summary page, you can click Save to export the report after completing the diagnostic test. The report can be helpful to your company's IT team or Logitech support agent when troubleshooting audio issues with your headset.
