If your headset isn't detected in the Logi Tune application, try the suggestions below.
- If the headset is playing audio from the connected PC, try restarting the Tune application.
- If the headset is unable to play audio and the Tune application doesn't detect it, as a test, try on a different PC - if the issue isn't present on the test PC, restart the PC in question and try again.
