Sync Insights provides you with a simple view of how your rooms are being used. In order to provide guidance regarding room usage, we have drawn from space utilization reports by CBRE. 

The CBRE report suggests that optimal room usage is between 40% and 60% of the workday. We show our guidelines between 35%-65% to provide a bit more padding. This optimal region means the room is being used a fair amount but is still available to be booked or used ad hoc. The Sync Insights report offers guidelines between 35% and-65% to provide more flexibility. In the future, the product will allow you to customize guidelines for room usage and seat usage to fit your needs.
