How do I bulk update firmware for devices using Sync Portal?

Open the Sync Portal and then follow the steps below to bulk update firmware for your devices:

Go to Inventory and select the Devices tab
Click the Status dropdown > Update Available > Apply
Select all listed devices (from the box beside "Devices") OR select only the devices that you want to update.
Click the Update Devices button
Select whether you want to update immediately, or schedule the update for a specific time.
