Switching between service providers require a reset of your device. Toggling between service providers without a reset is not a supported use case.

Click the System icon.

Click Reset Service Provider.*

Choose the service provider you would like to switch to.

Click Change and reboot to confirm your selection.

Click Settings.

Scroll down, if necessary, and click Device settings.
*Switching from Microsoft Teams Rooms on Android requires a factory reset of the CollabOS device.
