Reverting to a previous version of CollabOS is not supported on RoomMate. If you’re experiencing issues after you’ve attempted to update, press the reset button (the pill shaped button) on the back of RoomMate. To factory reset the device:
- Turn OFF the device
- Press and hold the Reset button
- Click the Power button, while holding down the Reset button for 15 seconds
Once the reset is complete, try applying the update again.
