Requirements

• Work email address. (This email address will be used as the Tenant owner).
• Supported Logitech devices. Here you can see the list of the supported devices: Which devices can be managed with Sync?

Create Sync Tenant

The Sync Tenant is the account that owns and manages the Sync environment for your organization.

1. Go to: https://sync.logitech.com/sign-up/account and enter an email address which will be the tenant owner.

2. Enter the Organization name.

3. Complete the captcha.

4. Accept the Privacy Policy, Terms of Service.

• To receive marketing material and updates, mark the second option.

5. After entering the required information click on the “sign up” button.

6. You will receive an email to activate the Tenant (If you don’t receive the email you can click on Resend):

7. Click on Verify My Email.

8. Enter the required information: 

9. After entering the information, click on the Continue button.

NOTE: Once an email address is used as an ‘Owner’ to create a Sync tenant, it cannot be used to create another, or multiple, Sync tenants.

Where multiple Sync tenants are required, an alias email account could be used to create the new Sync tenant. The previously used email address can then be added to the new Sync tenant as an ‘Owner’ or ‘Admin’ user role.
