Logitech Bundled NUCs are provided with Zoom or MTR images optimized for Logitech products.This article lists the different Logitech Bundled NUCs, indicating where to find the serial number and model number.
Logitech bundled NUCs are provided with two important labels on the bottom of the unit.

White sticker with REV number
- The number after “REV” represents the hardware version, while the numbers following “V” represent the room type and build.
- eg. REV2 V211
- Yellow sticker with Windows serial number
Note: For Bean Canyon/Tiger Canyon NUC's where serial number is not visible on the label, you can advise customer to run CMD with elevated (run as administrator) permission and use the following command:
wmic BIOS get SerialNumber

Teams & Tap Bundled NUC
Label break down:
- Serial number: 12 characters only, starts with G6BE

Model number breakdown:
- AIS = Supported by Logitech.
- Check if the unit is I5 or I7 to RMA correct model.
- Check if the unit ends in M or Z to determine MS Teams or Zoom Room.
- Note: If a customer receives a unit with serial number ending in -X, this means the device has no default image and can be imaged to whatever VC Room is needed.
- Windows OS version: Win10 Enterprise
- Bundled with MS Teams
Zoom & Tap Bundled NUC
Label break down:
- Serial number: 12 characters only, starts with G6BE

- No designated room solution. Comes preinstalled with QuickLaunch. This allows for ANY conferencing solution you can install on a PC to be used.

There are two new part number conventions introduced for NUCs from AIS, one for the new model (Tiger Canyon) and the other for NUCs that are sold to customers separately to replace current units that fail outside of warranty.
Tiger Canyon New PNs:

- ZOOM-LOGNUC11TNKI5
- X-LOGNUC11TNKI5
Out of Warranty New PNs:

- ZOOM-OOWNUC11TNKI5

Change Language
After 5 days, you will not be able to change the language and will need to re-image the system (not just do a restore, but re-image), this is a limitation of Windows.
1. Go to Settings and then Time & Language.
2. Go to Region.
3. Make any changes the region (country) and formatting.
4. Go to Language.
5. Click the + Icon.
6. Select the desired language and click on Next.
7. Select all of the check boxes and click Install.
8. On the bottom of the languages page under the Related Settings click on Administrative Language Settings.
9. On the top section in the Welcome screen and new user accounts click on Copy Settings...
10. Check both boxes and Click Accept, DO NOT Reboot.
11. Click on the Change system Local under Language for non-Unicode Programs.
12. Choose the same language as above.
13. Click Accept.
14. Reboot the system.
