NUC Bundle Guide > 1. Setup Guidance > 1.2 Display Setup Assistance
Below you will find a list of best practices for preventing issues related to displays connected to Logitech bundled NUC systems.
- In Windows, there are two locations where the display resolution needs to be checked or set. Please make sure the display resolution is set in both “Display settings” and “Advanced Display Settings.”
- If you must update or install an HDMI driver during troubleshooting, an HDMI device must be connected to the NUC HDMI port and powered on.
-
If display settings need to be changed and in scenarios where access to computer settings is not desirable or possible, you can use an HDMI EDID emulator that limits the resolution to a maximum of 1080p/60Hz. HDMI EDID emulators are widely available from multiple sources and in varying prices and capabilities.
- Note: When using a Table Hub, the emulator should be placed in-line on HDMI 1 between the computer and the Table Hub.
-
Microsoft Teams rooms need displays to always stay on. Do not set displays to sleep or power down.
- Note: Even if the NUC uses CEC to try to wake, the display(s) will not re-activate because the HDMI signal stops when a display powers down.
