Open a Ticket for NUC
When filling out a Customer Support ticket for your Logitech bundled NUC, please include the following to ensure our support team has all of the relevant information they need to most effectively resolve your issue:

Your NUC and Logitech Tap serial numbers
- Info on the bottom
- A picture of the bottom of the NUC
- If you are running MTR, export and include the MTR logs.
- Include a wiring diagram, if possible.
NUC Bundle RMA Process
After performing troubleshooting steps and Customer Support verifies your RMA, an email will be sent with information to fill out in order to process the RMA.
NUC Warranty Information
