Open a Ticket for NUC
When filling out a Customer Support ticket for your Logitech bundled NUC, please include the following to ensure our support team has all of the relevant information they need to most effectively resolve your issue:

Your NUC and Logitech Tap serial numbers
- Info on the bottom
- A picture of the bottom of the NUC
- If you are running MTR, export and include the MTR logs.
- Include a wiring diagram, if possible.
NUC Bundle RMA Process
After performing troubleshooting steps and Customer Support verifies your RMA, an email will be sent with information to fill out in order to process the RMA.

Push Button Reset
With PBR the OOBE experience is skipped and the language setup prior to PBR will be used. This is controlled by the OS, not the unattend.xml
1. Log in as Zoom Admin.
2. Go to Settings.
3. Then "Update & Security."
4. Then "Recovery."
5. Choose Get Started under "Reset this PC."
6. Choose Remove everything then Remove files and clean the drive.
- In some cases you may get a prompt to also remove provisioning packages.
7. After starting the process the NUC will return with a BIOS has detected unsuccessful POST attempt(s), press N to cancel and attempt to boot with previous settings.
9. When prompted to clear the TPM, press F12 to clear.
10. At 9% during install, the system will take some time, the screen will flicker.
11. At installing Windows, the computer will stay at 47% for some time, up to 15 minutes. This is normal.
12. At 53% the NUC will reboot.
13. The system will go through autologon into the Zoom account. It should reboot and auto login again with Zoom.
16. A DOS prompt will open and run a few commands and the system will reboot. If you see the Sync and Alexa icon on the desktop, everything is set. If not you will need to finish setting up the system manually. This is a known issue when doing a secondary PBR.
