You can change the service provider of your Rally Bar, Rally Bar Mini, RoomMate, Tap IP, and Tap Scheduler either from the device or remotely using Local Network Access. Check the release notes to learn about the latest service providers supported by your device.
Note: For Microsoft Teams Rooms users, the device needs to be factory reset to change to a new service provider. Click here for instructions.
On-Device Settings
1. Open On-Device Settings.
2. Select System and then tap Service Provider.
3. Select Change Service Provider.
4. Choose your preferred service provider.
5. Tap ✓ to confirm your selection.
6. The device will reboot to the selected service provider.
Remote Configuration
1. Activate and log in to Local Network Access.
2. Select System and then select Service Provider.
3. Select Change.
4. Choose your preferred service provider.
5. Type “Confirm” and click Change to confirm your selection.
6. The device will reboot to the selected service provider.
Factory Reset
To factory reset your CollabOS device from CollabOS:
- Open On-Device Settings.
- Select About.
- Select Shutdown & Reset.
- Select Erase all data (factory reset).
