Follow the steps below:

1. Close the Logi Tune app by clicking the Android back button
2. Connect the headset if it is not already connected
3. Relaunch the Logi Tune app

If the app still doesn’t connect with the headset:

1. Tap on the Bluetooth settings button.
2. On the Bluetooth settings screen, open the “Device details” screen by tapping on the “gear icon” next to the headset you want to connect to.
3. Make sure “Phone calls” and “Media audio” are enabled.
4. Navigate back to the Logi Tune app.
