To make sure your conference cam is the primary calling device, check the following:

• On Windows, in Control Panel > Sound, confirm that the CC3000e is selected as the default communication device for playback and recording.

• In your video/audio calling application, check the audio settings and make sure the Echo Cancelling Speakerphone for CC3000e is selected for both the speaker and microphone. Then, check the video settings and verify that the CC3000e is selected for the camera.
