This section is subject to change
At time of launch, products supported to connect directly to Logi Dock are Zone Wireless, Zone True Wireless. This feature is launched first in Beta.
You cannot have a phone and wireless headsets paired at the same time to Logi Dock. Wireless headset needs to be connected directly to a mobile phone in that case.
Refer to Logi Dock Compatibility for the latest feature updates

Can I pair other vendor headsets to Logi Dock via Bluetooth?
Only Logitech certified headsets that are listed in support. You have to pair through Logi Tune. A Pair button will be showing below Logi Dock in Logi Tune. Put your device in pairing mode and you will be able to pair. Once paired, and headset is on, the audio will be routed to your headset when using Logi Dock.

Best location for peripheral dongles on Logi Dock
Peripheral dongles should be placed in a port with as much of a clear line of sight to the device as possible.
Will a USB-C to A adapter work for computers that don’t have USB-C ports? If you connect USB-A to C cable, will it partially function (at least)?
With the USB c to A adapter it will act as a speakerphone + USB docking (so no laptop charging, no external display, and only USB data)
Acceptable distance between Logi Dock and connected peripherals
The recommended set-up is to be within 1.5 M from your Logi Dock
If my headset dongle is connected to Logi Dock and there is an incoming phone call, what happens?
Two scenarios:
- If you connect your phone and headset dongle plugged to the Logi Dock, the phone call will come to your mobile phone and you can pick it up by your phone or headset.
- If you connect the headset directly through Bluetooth, the phone call will come in speaker mode in Logi Dock. You can pick up the phone call either by touching the middle button of Logi Dock or by your phone.
Which port should I connect to a USB device requiring charging?
If your USB device (external drive, USB audio interface, etc) does require power, we recommend plugging into one of the fast charging ports (with charging icon).
The maximum speed when using an external device is 5 Gbps for Logi Dock (assuming no other devices are plugged)?
