INTRODUCTION
Starting with Logitech Options software version 7.12, you can submit feedback about Bluetooth connectivity issues from the This device tab under More settings in the software.
To submit feedback, select the connectivity issues that apply and click Send Feedback Report. The feedback report also collects some information about Bluetooth connectivity on the computer along with the selected issues. We do not collect any personal information in this report. This valuable feedback helps us to better understand the Bluetooth connectivity issues users experience and then use that information to help improve the connectivity experience on our products.
Please note that we will not be able to respond directly to any of these reports. This is only to collect information about issues and then use that information to improve the Bluetooth connectivity of our products in the future.

DATA COLLECTION
The feedback report does not collect any personal information. As part of the feedback report, we collect the choices you have selected for the type of connectivity issues you are experiencing. In addition, we also collect some more information related to Bluetooth connectivity on your computer in order for us to better understand the context in which the issues are happening. The following types of data are collected:
- Information about the Bluetooth radio such as:
- Manufacturer and name of the radio
- Information about the driver
- Connected Logitech Bluetooth devices
- Number of connected Bluetooth devices
- Manufacturer, make and model of the computer.
- Operating system information.
Information specific to the Windows operating system:
- Information about the WiFi chip (some chips can be dual band chips - WiFi + Bluetooth) such as:
- Information about the driver
- Manufacturer and name of the chip
Information specific to macOS:
- Bluetooth device cache size.
- Statistics about connection timeouts, disconnects, and so on.
