The Logitech Spotlight presentation remote uses Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) for its Bluetooth connection. BLE is not supported by Windows 7, and while you may be able to pair the presenter to your Windows 7 computer using Bluetooth, you will not be able to use all of the features in the Logitech Presentation software. 

For Windows 7 computers, we recommend using the supplied Logitech USB receiver for full functionality.
