Once you have added a room to your Sync Portal account you can schedule FW updates remotely for your devices.

To update firmware for personal devices, click here: Sync Admin Guide > 3. Personal Devices > 3.1 Dashboard.

1. Click View from the inventory to enter the Room View.

   

2. Once in the room view, select Update.

   

3. Select the time window to apply the update, then click Schedule Update.

• Note: The update will be applied in the local time of the room.

Note: This method won't apply for webcams as those devices are managed by Logi Tune.
