Low volume when the CC3000e is used on a Mac

Check the system preferences on your Mac and make sure you're using the stereo option for your speakerphone. Here's how:

  1. Under System Preferences, click Sound and select the Output tab.

  2. You should see two options for the CC3000e speakerphone: one for mono and one for stereo. Make sure you've selected the option for stereo.
