If your Bluetooth device loses connectivity or can't be connected to your speakerphone, try the following:

Make sure your device is paired with your speakerphone and Bluetooth is active (see answer 360039592494 for pairing help).

Place your Bluetooth device closer to the speakerphone — it might be out of range.

Move your Bluetooth device and speakerphone away from other wireless sources — you could be experiencing interference.

The P710e speakerphone can be connected to up to two devices at a time - make sure you don't already have two devices connected.
