If we detect that there is abnormal behavior between your device/PC and our Sync service we may temporarily disable the communication between the endpoint and Sync.
This means that sync functionality like monitoring, firmware updates, and insights gathering will not be possible until the room is reactivated. This does not affect the in room use of the meeting room equipment or services.

Once we’ve reviewed the issue, your room will be reactivated with no need for you to do anything. If by chance more information is needed for our team to address the issue we may reach out to you directly. If you have any questions please contact support.
